Online Shopping and Delivery of Goods
You are invited to attend a talk to be delivered by Odette Vella MCCAA, the well-known TV and newspaper adviser on Consumer Rights and Protection.
Shopping online is increasing in volume as it is very convenient, time saving and easy. Yet it may also be challenging. You have now the opportunity to discuss any issues you have encountered on shopping online and get to know your rights as a consumer. The talk will also include the know how to complain if you are not satisfied.
It will be held on 17th October at 6pm at the NCW Centre Mountbatten Street, Blata L-Bajda.
