About the speaker: Shirley Mifsud Graduated in BSc Hons Biology and Chemistry. She has been working with the Market Surveillance Directorate within the Malta Competition and Consumers Affairs Authority for the past 7 years. Also a member of the ECHA Forum for the enforcement of REACH regulation, member of the PEMSAC for cosmetics, member of the pesticides monitoring committee at EFSA and participated in a number of joint actions with Prosafe and other EU commission projects which also included joint actions and inspections on cosmetics.
