The Association for Consumer Rights Malta, ACR held an interactive session on Product Safety and Product Liability – Empowering the Consumer on Monday 16th June 2014 at NCW Centre. Issues raised included: How can we ensure products are safe, before buying them? What are the risks ? What type of consumer protection should we have? How can we submit claims for compensation in such cases?
